Haj Muhammad's endowments
The first item includes four documents attached to each other: In the first one, dated June 15, 1832, Haj Muhammad, known as Haj Aqa Buzurg Sahib, the son of Fazl Allah Sultan, endows a house and five shops to Ta‘ziyah performers, assigns his children as the guardians, and names Mirza Abu Talib (who has since passed away) as the overseer. Settlement and crop-sharing contract between Khanumi Khanum and Bala Bayg Yavar, 1820
These documents include: 1- a settlement, dated April 23, 1820, between Khanumi Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Sultan, and her husband, Bala Bayg Yavar, the eldest son of ‘Ali Mardan Khan, in which she settles her mahr in exchange for a farmland known as ‘Ali Akbar farm, in Guni, as well as some shares of water usage from the qanat. 2- on April 25, 1820, Bala Bayg Yavar rents the crops and products of ‘Ali Akbar farm and water usage from its qanat from his wife, Khanumi Khanum for thirty years in exchange for an annual amount of twenty tumans.

Petition regarding the situation of Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritors
Petitioners write to Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa Mujtahid regarding the late Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritors. Three-sixths of Baba Rud village, Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritance, has been rented to Fath‘ali Aqa, who has not generated enough returns on the land due to his mismanagement and lack of know-how. This is causing the decay of the property. As a result, the inheritors are in a dire situation. Marriage contract of Fatimah Sultan Baygum, the daughter of Sayyid Aqa Abu Turab, and Mirza ‘Abd al-Baqi, the son of Haji Sayyid ‘Abd al-Rasul; the mahr is one hundred tumans, which has been settled in exchange for one hundred dinars and one-sixth of a house in Bab al-Dasht neighborhood.

Marriage contract of Badr al-Nisa’ Baygum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad al-Husayni, and Mirza Abu al-Qasim al-Husayni, the son of Mirza Muhammad Kazim al-Husayni; the mahr is one hundred tumans, including a property in Nayshabur (10 tumans), carpet (7.5 tumans), beddings (5 tumans), seven misqals [unit of weight] of red gold (3.5), 10 mans [unit of weight] of copperware (5 tumans), and a female Abyssinian slave (9 tumans).

Marriage contract of Kulsum Khanum and Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, 1820
Marriage contract of Kulsum Khanum, the daughter of Abu al-Qasim, and Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Muhammad Hadi Khvurasgani; the mahr includes: twelve tumans of Tabrizi currency used in trade conducted in Isfahan, one-sixth of a residential building worth three tumans, some crimson gold, five mans [unit of weight] of copperware, and one cow worth two tumans. The groom must pay the above mahr to the bride upon her request, if he can afford it.

Settlement between Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Baqi and Mulla Muhammad Hasan, 1833
Settlement between Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Baqi, the son of Mir Muhammad ‘Ali Khvurasgani (the seller), and Mulla Muhammad Hasan, the son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim (the buyer) over half of a building in Khvurasgan, including the right to revocation, in exchange for two tumans. Aqa Sadiq's heirs (Muhtaram Khanum and Aqa Davud, known as Aqa Jan) and Umm Kulsum (Aqa Sadiq's wife) have confirmed this settlement.

Settlement of Nisa’ Khanum and Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn with Mirza Faraj Allah, 1803
Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.
