Baygum Khanum, daughter of Aqa Karim and wife of the late Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, and Umm Nisa’, the daughter of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, have granted their share from a garden in the village of Sis Abad to Karbalayi Mir Sadiq and Aqa Mir Asad Allah, sons of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur. On the margin, Baygum Khanum has also bestowed them her household furnishings.

Settlement between Zaynab Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Hadi, and Mulla Muhammad Baqir, Zaynab Khanum's permanent husband and the son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim from Khvurasgan of Isfahan, over part of a building in Khvurasgan for one hundred dinars. Zaynab Khanum has sold this property and her inherited properties to Mulla Abu al-Hasan, the son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim, for eight tumans.

Mirza Hasan‘ali, son of the late Karbalayi Shaqaqi from the clan of Mirza ‘Aliluzadah, on behalf of himself and his three sisters, Fatimah Baygum, Sahar Banu, and Malik Nisa’ has transferred some properties in Alvandi village in the district of Mihran Rud to Aqa Khan, the eldest son of Ibrahim Khan, in exchange for seventeen tumans and five thousand dinars. Mirza Safar ‘Ali, the son of ‘Ali Muhammad, has guaranteed this contract.

Marriage contract of Dilbar Khanum, the daughter of Bala Bayg, and ʻAli Bayg, the eldest son of Allah Quli Bayg, dated December 3, 1847. The mahr is 200 tumans, which remains the groom's debt, to be paid whenever the bride asks for it and the groom can afford it. The groom's attorney is ʻAli Panah, son of Akhund Mulla ʻAli and the bride's attorney is Husaynʻali Khan.

Dispute among inheritors of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum
Bala Bayg, an inheritor of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum, claims that her mother gave her properties to him and his brothers, Qahraman Khan and Shirin Bayg, that he has the bestowal settlement written in Mulla Hasan Mardanqumi's handwriting, and that the bestowal settlement the children of his deceased brother, Qasim Khan, claim to have is not valid because Qasim Khan coerced his mother into writing it.
