Regarding the petition of Khadijah, the wife of Shaykh Fazl Allah Nuri
The wife of Shaykh Fazl Allah Nuri wrote that she had four under aged children and that after his death, they did not inherit anything from him. In the two years prior to the writing of the petition, she sold all she had to support them, but had nothing left to sell at the time of writing. She asked the Majlis to help her get the share of the heritage that belongs to her children and asked for a stipend to prevent the children from starving.

Petition of ʻIsmat, the mother of Mirza Ibrahim Aqa
ʻIsmat, the mother of Mirza Ibrahim Aqa, former member of Parliament, wrote that Haji ʻAli Akbar, the nephew of Haji Mirza Hasan Mujtahid borrowed 230 tuman from her and refused to return the money. She had a verdict in her favor from the court in Tabriz, but Haji ʻAli Akbar would not return the money.

Petition of Zinat al-Muluk, the grandchild of Muhammad Mahdi Khan Qajar
Correspondence regarding the salary of Zinat al-Muluk, the grandchild of Muhammad Mahdi Khan Qajar. She wrote that a third of her grandfather's salary was allocated for her during Muzaffar al-Din Shah's reign, but was signed during that of Muhammad ʻAli Shah, and Salman Khan cut it, assuming that it dated to Muhammad ʻAli Shah's reign. She asked for her salary to be paid to her so that she could support herself and her two children.

Regarding the petition of Safar and Ruqiyah against the wife of Lutf ʻAli Khan, the officer of the army
Safar and Ruqaiyyah write that their twelve year old daughter was killed by the wife of Lutf ʻAli Khan, the officer of army, the master of the house in which they worked as domestic servants. The girl was alive for a week and doctors could witness that she died because of being beaten by Lutf ʻAli Khan's wife. Lutf ʻAli Khan confessed that his wife beat the girl, but no one was willing to pursue the case, so Safar and Ruqaiyyah asked the Majlis to investigate the case and help them in achieving justice for the poor girl.

Ibrahim Khan's wife wanted to go to the public bath, but her husband refused to let her. While they were disputing, a relative of the husband arrived and the two men killed the wife, disposing of her body that same night.
