Rukhsarah Khanum, known as Khanum Agha [Aqa] Tabatabayi Vakili, daughter of the deceased ʻAbd Allah, has given power of attorney to Aqa Muhammad Baqir Amir Qasimi to get the ownership document for a property of hers in Tabriz from the notary office. He has the right to sign documents on her behalf.
