Dividing inheritance of Mirza Muhammad Yusuf [Ashrafi Mustawfi] in Iraq and Mazandaran, after payment of his debts and deduction of a third of the property (to be bequeathed to persons other than his legal heir). The rest of his property was divided in 11 shares among his 3 sons and 4 daughters: Mirza Muhammad Mahdi [father of ‘Abbas Quli Khan Ashrafi], Mirza ‘Ali, Mirza Muhammad, Mirza Muhammad Isma‘il, Khadijah Khanum (wife of ‘Alijah Mirza Muhammad Taqi), Khanum Buzurg (wife of ‘Ali Amuli), and Umm Kulsum.

Sale of Sakinah Khanum's share of water, 1818
Muhammad Khan, Valikhan, and Sakinah, the children of Karbalayi ‘Aliquli, and Ahmad, the son of Safar Khan, have sold their inherited shares of water from ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi] spring to Akhund Mulla ‘Ali, the son of Mulla Ahmad Harzandi, in exchange for four tumans and two hundred and fifty dinars.

Settlement between Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Baqi and Mulla Muhammad Hasan, 1833
Settlement between Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Baqi, the son of Mir Muhammad ‘Ali Khvurasgani (the seller), and Mulla Muhammad Hasan, the son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim (the buyer) over half of a building in Khvurasgan, including the right to revocation, in exchange for two tumans. Aqa Sadiq's heirs (Muhtaram Khanum and Aqa Davud, known as Aqa Jan) and Umm Kulsum (Aqa Sadiq's wife) have confirmed this settlement.

Settlement of Abu Turab and Fathʻali with Haj ʻAli Riza, 1813
Settlement of Abu Turab and Fathʻali, two sons of Fazl Allah, with Haj ʻAli Riza, son of ʻAbd al-Riza from Shiraz, exchanging an herbal shop in Shiraz, which they inherited from their mother, who was daughter of Muhammad Taqi [or Naqi], for twelve tumans. The sons of Fazl Allah then settled the detriment of the above settlement with Haj ʻAli Riza for five thousand dinars.

Affidavit, 1802
The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Gul Bibi, the wife of Sayyid Jaʻfar, was previously the wife of the deceased Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar. The deceased Mirza Abu al-Hasan had previously calculated the value of Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's belongings and realized that all the properties were equal to Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's wife's mahr and, based on shariʻah law, he had given them all to her. The affiants should write their names and seal this document so that it becomes valid. December 1802 or January 1803." On the margin, Jahan Banu and Hasan have testified as affiants."

Nanah Khanum's settlement regarding her share of inheritance, 1832
Nanah Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid ‘Ali, claims her share of paternal inheritance from her brother, Sayyid Haqvirdi and the other underage children of Sayyid ‘Ali. Thus, a settlement was reached in which she transferred her share of a property in Maharan to her brothers, Sayyid Haqvirdi and Sayyid Husaynquli, in exchange for one sheep and two [illegible].

Shaykh Masih, son of Shaykh Muhammad from Kahnah, settles with Qayid Haji, son of Haji Darvish [illegible] from Kahnah, over a piece of land with its own spring called Muzhdan on behalf of himself and two of his sister's children. They receive six thousand and four hundred dinars from Qayid Haji, dated November 13, 1827. Settlement between Zaynab and Zayn al-‘Abidin, 1811
Settlement between Zaynab, daughter of Isma‘il from Khvurasgan Jay, and Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Muhammad Baqir from the same village, exchanging her inherited properties, including a residential building in the same village, located in the Yar ‘Ali neighborhood, known as Aqa Isma‘il's House, and a stable and all its belongings for one hundred dinars and fifty units of wheat in shahi weight. On the margin: "Zaynab agreed to buy the stable, some springs, and the shares of other co-owners and give them to Zayn al-‘Abidin without asking for anything in return."
